We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any change or cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this window will be denied. You may return the order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holidays or sale periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days, and shipped the next business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it ships, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices on our site are tax-free in SGD. You may be required to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival, depending on your local regulations. These costs are your responsibility. We are not liable for customs-related delays. For details, contact your local customs office.
